Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a plant-based botanical product originating from Southeast Asia. Kratom products sold by Deep Jungle Kratom are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All kratom products are sold as raw botanical material or dietary ingredients, not as medicine.

I understand that kratom consumption may involve known and unknown risks, including but not limited to:

• Nausea, dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort
• Increased heart rate or blood pressure
• Drowsiness or sedation
• Dependency with frequent or excessive use
• Possible interactions with medications, supplements, alcohol, or other substances

I voluntarily choose to purchase and/or consume kratom and assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with its use.

I affirm that:

• I am not pregnant or breastfeeding
• I do not have a medical condition that would make kratom use unsafe

• Allergic reactions or adverse effects
• Improper storage or consumption after purchase

I agree to indemnify and defend Deep Jungle Kratom against any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from my use or resale of kratom products.
